FOR ESTABLISHED SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS OWNERS

Working harder stopped working a while ago.

You've built a successful business by most people's standards, yet it feels like hitting your next revenue level will take even more of you. What's capping you isn't your hours, it's the pattern underneath them. I help you remove it, so you scale your revenue without adding more hours.

How Do I Do It?

The Elevation Framework works through three models: elevating who you serve, leveraging the time, energy, and leadership you already have, and raising your state of being. Together, they're how you scale without working more.

Ascension

Chasing volume only scales effort, not income.

Your calendar is packed, and revenue has stalled anyway. The instinct is to fix it with volume, so you double down on prospecting, book more meet-and-greets, and take on more clients, and revenue barely moves while your hours and workload climb.

The first and fastest way to scale is to elevate who you serve and what you charge.

Nancy was averaging $15-20K months on 10-hour days when we started. When we elevated who she served and raised her pricing in stages to match, from $3K for 3 months to eventually $9K for 4 weeks, she hit $40K months. From there, using all three models, $70K months and 4-hour days became her norm.

Leverage

Now you're the Chief Everything Officer.

Most nights you're still back at your desk after dinner or catching up on weekends, because the work that matters still runs through you.

Leverage is getting far more out of what you already have, your time, your energy, and your leadership, so the business produces results even when you step away.

Tim was starting work between 5:30 and 6:30 every morning and finishing at 9:30 at night, and for all of that he was stuck at $25K months on 55-to-60-hour weeks. When he got willing to, as he put it, "call out my own BS," and started leading his team effectively, he hit $50K months in 3 months, and by the fourth month he was hitting $100K months regularly on roughly 30-hour weeks, and took his first vacation ever without his laptop. Tim moved faster than any client I've had before or since.

State of Being

You cannot outperform your state of being.

You know the stretch where clients hesitate, leads ghost, and strategies that used to work stop working. Your instinct is to fix the strategy, so you tweak the offer, adjust the messaging, try a new funnel, and none of it makes a difference, because strategy is rarely the real problem.

Two business owners can run the exact same strategy and get completely different results, because your actions only work as well as the state you're operating from.

B.B. was undercharging and working long hours, and when we raised her fee from $25K to $75K she hit what I call the energetic wobble, the thing that shows up in almost every client the moment they raise their fees. The doubt that her work was worth two to three times more was her wobble, and it showed up in her results first, as a string of no's. We moved through it until she was genuinely confident in the value she was providing, and then she signed 7 clients in a row at the new rate and kept raising her prices from there.

The Elevation Framework

The lever that finally breaks your ceiling.

Using Ascension, Leverage, and State of Being, we break through your ceiling, whether it's on your revenue or your time.

Most business owners try to solve a problem from the same state they were in when it started, and that state can only replay the problem or create more problems.

The Elevation Framework changes the state you're solving from so you see the problem completely differently. Then what feels complicated becomes easier to understand, the next decision becomes clearer, and the problem loses its ability to run you.

It's like a problem you had two years ago: if it showed up now, you'd know exactly how to handle it, and you wouldn't churn over it the way you did then, because you've evolved.

That's how the ceiling you couldn't break through finally disappears.
